Shipping Policies - Domestic and International

Thank you for visiting and shopping at House of Viraasi. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days but we reserve a right of 15 days TAT to complete your orders if any unforeseen circumstances may arise.  

If your order is with us for size alteration or it's a custom order, kindly contact us to know the exact dispatch time of your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages

House of Viraasi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. After shipment, we are not responsible for any orders. We always recommend you videotape while opening your Viraasi package. If you received a damaged piece, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Viraasi personally quality checks all orders before packing them. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic standard shipping is FREE. However, you can opt for Express shipping or Cash on Delivery at an extra charge. 

Domestic Shipment takes about 4-8 days to reach you. Delay in shipments might be expected due to Covid-19 protocols and House of Viraasi is not responsible for any delays in the shipment ones it's shipped from our end. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Yes, #viraasitakesover globally. All International deliveries have now been resumed.

Please note that the international shipment cost will be borne by you. We will send you the delivery slip of the exact amount. 

International Shipments takes about 10-15 working days to reach you. 

No exchange/refund is applicable on international orders. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

House of Viraasi is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
